Best pulled pork and brisket sandwiches my wife and I have had. Nice portion sizes for lunch (not too filling, buns were not too dense). Great flavor and super reasonable prices. Staff was prompt and helpful, although they weren't much for chit chat. A bit transactional for my taste but still their recommendations were great and they were on top of everything. Very fast. Would absolutely visit again!

My first time visiting Camel City BBQ Factory was a terrible experience. I went there on April 29 with coworkers to say goodbye to one of our peers who got promoted. None of us were told we had to register our vehicles for parking, and we only found out when we were about to leave. Then I was told I had to pay a ridiculous $50 parking fee. On top of that, the food and drinks were horrible. I ordered a pineapple drink and had to send it back because it tasted like soap. Then I ordered a Blue Moon beer and it was warm. The service the entire night was bad too. I spent my money at this restaurant just to get horrible service, bad drinks, and an unexpected parking charge. I definitely will not be coming back

Came for lunch, not very crowded. They do a lot of call in/ take out orders. They have both an "self serve", you order, get your drinks and seat yourself and they call you for the food or you can do standard sit down with a server.

The service was good. The ribs weren't that great. They seemed like the boiled them 1st and then places them in the over. The ribs had no smoke flavor or taste. The smoked wings were a nice size but nothing to write home about.

What a cool place. Walking up to the front door and you know this is going to be a different experience. The restaurant has a counter service section downstairs and a sit down restaurant upstairs. I visited the counter service. Staff was very friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. I ordered a brisket sandwich with fries. Fresh soft bread. Smokey barbecue brisket. Grilled onions. Cheese. A delicious marriage served open face with generous helping of fries. At your seat you'll find video games to play while your food is prepared. I had Tetris on a Sega Genesis. Very cool. The atmosphere is industrial with a fun playful vibe. This is a place to visit for good food and fun. Oh by the way they have a parking lot. You validate your parking inside for 3 hours of free parking. Awesome. You should check this place out.
